非农就业与农村劳动力转移培训的关系研究
Study on the Relationship between Non-agricultural Employment and Rural Labors Transfer Training
摘要
Abstract
The relationship between non-agricultural employment and rural labors transfer training was analyzed by econometric analysis method. The result showed that, for those farmers who are well educated and with rich social experience, less family burden and working experiences, the rural labor transfer training could contribute to their non-agricultural employment.关键词
