含七氟异丙基的氯虫酰胺类似物的设计合成及生物活性
Design, Synthesis and Biological Activities of Novel Analogues of Chlorantraniliprole Containing Heptafiuoroisopropyl Group
摘要
Abstract
In order to find novel insecticides targeting the ryanodine receptor with high activity, a series of novel analogues of chlorantraniliprole containing heptafluoroisopropyl group, developed from the structures of chlorantranili-prole and fiubendiamide, was designed and synthesized according to the substructure link principle. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS. Their evaluated insecticidal activities show that the introduction of the heptafluoroisopropyl group decreases the activitiy sharply. At the concentration of 100 mg/L, compounds 4b and 6a show insecticidal activities with 100% and 80%, respectively. In addition,these analogues exhibite certain fungicidal activities.关键词
