Discussion on the Question of Land Property Right in Land Use Change of Urban Fringe Area in China
摘要
Abstract
Along with urbanization in China, land use in the urban fringe area has a rapid change, simultaneously has also had a series of society, economy and environment questions. Based on elaborating the connotation of land property right, the relationship between land property right and land use change, the old city reconstruction, agriculture land requisition and urban village were discussed, some suggestions were put forward to solve the problem of land property right in the urban fringe area.关键词
