摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of high frequency color doppler ultrasonography in differential diagnosis of breast malignant and benign tumors. Method: Data of 180 patients with pathologically confirmed breast masses were analyzed restrospectively , including 130 cases of benign lesions and 50 cases of malignant lesions. Sonographic appearance i interior and peripheral blood flow distribution and doppler fiequency of foci were analyzed. The results of high frequency color doppler ultrasonography were compared with those of pathology. Result: The overall conformity rate of sonographic decisions and pathological results were 94.4％. Benign breast tumor state clear,regular,internalechouniform, ring around of the blood flow was appeared , tumors were typically. Conclusion: High frequency color doppler ultrasonography has high value in the diagnosis of breast tumors.关键词
