摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects and nursing to the hailuces with double latus achronychous operation treatment by using the butterfly strapping and MEBO wound and ulcer dressing. Method:Forty patients with halluces had double lams achronychous were separated as study group and control group with randomly according to the visited order. The control group were pulled up achronchous entire and partial nail matrix of the wrong toe resected, nail groove plasty were done and the incision sewed with No. 1 silk then pressure dressed with Meibao wound and ulcer dressing. The wrong toenail percentage and nail matrix of the study group were resected, nail groove plasty were done and the incision fixed by roping in with butterfly strapping then pressure dressed with Meibao wound and ulcer dressing. Result:The therapeutic effect sarisfactory rate of the study group was 90% but 60% in the control group after clinical follow-up and phone-visiting 1 year later. It had significant difference between two groups( P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect would be well that the wrong toenail percentage and nail matrix were resected, nail groove plasty were done and the incision fixed by roping in with butterfly strapping then pressure dressed with Meibao wound and ulcer dresslng. And the halluces with double latus achronychous would not be pulled up and sewed, the toenail surface would be slick and no abnormalities and any more the toenail matrix would no trauma and pain .关键词
