血液透析滤过在临床应用中的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effects of hemodiafiltration(HDF) in clinical application. Method: 30 hemodialysis patients in regular pattern were involved in this research. They were respectively treated with hemodialysis (HD) 196 times and HDF 98 times . Then observed and compared the complication and the clearance rate of B2-M after the Treatment. Result: HDF had less complications and better clearance rate of B2-M than HD. Conclusion: Hemodiafiltration can enhance the clearance of macromolecules, improve dialysis adequacy, reduce complications and have a stable haemodynamics , also can improve the tolerance of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. HDF should be widely applied.关键词
