摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of the laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment for closed abdominal trauma. Method:Retrospectivly analyzed, from June 2002 to April 2010, 82 cases data of closed abdominal trauma patients. Result:All cases successfully completed by laparoscopy for the detection and treatment. Of which 31 cases were converted to open surgery. Among all, there were respectively 23 cases with spleenic rupture, 17 cases with hepatic rupture, 14 cases with enteric peforatio,5 cases with retroperitoneum hematoma,5 cases with mesentery injury,7 cases with the colon rupture,6 cases with intestinal contusion,2 cases with bladder rupture,3 patients with multiple organ injury. 1 case of biliary fistula, 1 case of postoperative bleeding,No postoperative complications in the remaining cases. Conclusion:The method with laparoscopy is valuable and important clinically in diagnosis and treatment for closed abdominal trauma patients.关键词
