糖尿病信息管理系统与营养治疗联合应用在糖尿病患者的疗效观察

Abstract
To study the effects of combined application of diabetes information management system(DIMS) and nutrition therapy in diabetes treatment, thus to control and prevent diabetic complications. Methods:A group of 50 cases, using diabetes information management system in group health education circumstances and individualization, quantification of nutrition therapy; Group B of 30 eases using diabetes information management system, at the same time carrying on the community health education; Group C(n=30) was common outpatients. FPG, 2h-PBG, HbAlc, MAP, TC, TG, HDL-c and LDL-c werecompared before and 12 months after the treatment. Results:①After the treatments, all of the three groups diet knowledge awareness obtained significant improvement respectively compared with pre-treatment ( P＜0.05、0.01 ), group A was better than group B and C ( P＜0. 05、0.01 ). ②After 12 months treatments, the goal attainment rates of FPG, 2h-PBG, and HbAlc all obtained significant improvement respectively compared with pre-treatment ( P＜0. 05、0.01 ); meanwhile, group A gained better improvement of HbA1 c than group C ( P＜0.01 ). ③After 12 months treatments, group A obtained better control rates of glucose, blood pressure,and lipids than group B and C ( P＜0. 05 、0. 01 ). Conclusion: Combination of DIMS and nutrition therapy might help T2DM patients gain better control in hyperglycemia, hypertension and hyperlipemia.关键词
