摘要
Abstract
The transmission of the optical soliton in the three models of the active fiber optic coupler are numerically calculated,the advantage and disadvantage of the three models active optical fiber coupler are also proposed. Research shows that the mode of the distribution of active coupler's switching threshold is much lower than the mode of lumped amplification, the output transmission rate is higher and the switch is more steep. Also, the required switching function incident pulse peak power can reduce to mW level.关键词
