摘要
Abstract
Chitosan is the outcome of chitin's deacetylation,which has a wide range of sources. Chitosan is a good carrier for many oral drug delivery systems, especially the oral colon-specific drug delivery system,for its low toxicity, good biocompatibility and biodegradability. The physiochemical property, structure and application in oral colon specific drug delivery system of chitosan are reviewed.关键词
