奶母果两个部位补肾壮阳作用的比较
Comparative study of efffects on invigorating the kidney and strengthened yang of two sections of fruits from Ficus pumila L.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the effects on invigorating kidney and strengthened yang of two sections of fruits from Ficus pumila L. Methods Sexual organs of mice with insufficiency of kidney-yang were weighed to analyze the levels of serum testosterone (T) , estradiol ( E2 ) , and the ratio of estradiol to testosterone (E2/T) , to select the parts used for medicine. Results Aqueous extracts of two parts of fruits of Ficus pumila L. had significant effects, the level of serum testosterone in the group administered with aqueous extract of the syconium fruits of Ficus pumila L. are higher than those in the control group and the group administered with the aqueous extract of receptacles of inflorescence. Conclusion The effects on invigorating kidney and strengthened yang of aqueous extract of syconium fruits of Ficus pumila L. was better those of aqueous extract of receptacle of inflorescence of Ficus pumila L.关键词
