摘要

Abstract

This paper reviewed the superplasticity, ferroelectric properties, mechanics properties and toughening of nanoceramics; summarized the success sintering methods of fabricating nanoceramics, such as two-step sintering, spark plasma sintering, ultra-high pressure sintering and micromave sintering.Moreover the sintering mechanisms of the methods are expatiated. In addition, the particular characteristics of nanocomposite ceramics were also introduced.
