摘要
Abstract
The microstructure and dielectric properties of ( Zn0. 65 Mg0. 35 ) TiO3 -CaTi03 (ZMT-CT) system were investigated. The results reveal that doping of H3 BO3-ZnO-BaCO3 ( BZB ) in modest amount can improve the crystal grain growth of ZMT-CT and obtain good dielectric properties. Due to the compensating effect of CaTiO3 ( CT), the temperature coefficient of dielectric constant for ZMT could be adjusted to around zero value. Typically, the optimal dielectric properties of ε =21-22 ,αe < ±30 ppm/℃ ,tan δ < 1.3 × 10-4 could be obtained for the 6. Swt% BZB-doped sample sintered at 900 C, whichcan be provided as suitable candidates for LTIC and have a promising practicality prosperity.关键词
