TiO2溶胶稳定化制备工艺及机理研究
Study on the Preparation Technology and Mechanism of the Stabilization of TiO2 Sol

Abstract
A kind of TiO2 sol, which had good stability at room temperature, was prepared by sol-gel process, using tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT) as precursor, ethanol as solvent, hydrochloric acid as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature, amounts of solvent, catalyst and water on the stability of sol were studied. And the degree of influence of all factors on the stability of sol was analysed by L9 (34)orthogonal test. The result showed the optimum technological parameters are as follow: reaction temperature 30℃, the mole ratio of TBOT to ethanol, hydrochloric acid, water 1/32, 2, 1,respectively. At last, the specific mechanism of sol-gel process was preliminarily studied from the point of view of acid catalysis.关键词
