枸杞子中AA-2βG体外抗氧化作用研究
In vitro antioxidant effects of AA-2βG extracted from fructus lycii

Abstract
Objective To explore the in vitro antioxidant effects of 2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-L-ascorbic acid (AA-2βG) extracted from fructus lycii. Methods The ability of AA-2βG to eliminate hydroxyl radical (·OH), superoxide anion radical (O2-), and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and the inhibitory effect on H2O2-induced erythrocyte hemolysis were analyzed in comparison with those of vitamin C (Vc). Results The ability of AA-2βG to eliminate H2O2 was better than that of Vc. AA-2βG had a similar ability with Vc in scavenging · OH and had little effect on O2-. The inhibitory effect of AA-2βG on H2O2-induced erythrocyte hemolysis was superior to that of Vc. Conclusions AA-2βG is an important antioxidant component of fructus lycii and may have a similar antioxidant mechanism with Vc. This study provides new scientific support for revealing the antioxidant and anti-aging properties of fructus lycii.关键词
