Abstract
The paper studied the detection of trace elements such as As, Sb, Bi, Hg, Cd, Se and Pb in Tibetan medicine by ICP-MS and optimized the detection conditions of the devices in dynamic collision reaction cell ( DRC ). The detection limit of this method were 0. 110,0. 060, 0.026, 0.036, 0.091, 0. 043 and 0.035 μg/g respectively for Se, As, Sb, Bi, Hg, Cd and Pb, the precision RSD was 4. 9％ -14. 3％, the recovery rate was 90.0％ - 110. 0％.
