摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to determine the trace contents of Fe and Cu in the aboriginal ecological Kam sweet rice in Congjiang County, the forest region in southeastern Guizhou Province, and provided scientific basis for the development and utilization of Kam sweet rice.[ Method] The samples were microwave-assisted digested and the trace contents of Fe and Cu were determined by using Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS) method. [ Result ] The trace contents of Fe and Cu in the samples were 73.11 and 1.50 mg/kg, respectively.[ Conclusion] The contents of Fe and Cu were higher in the aboriginal ecological Kam sweet rice of Congjiang, which has effective influence on regulating some human body's physiological functions. Therefore, great efforts should be taken to develop and utilize the aboriginal ecological Kam sweet rice of Congjiang.
