黔产透骨香根挥发油化学成分分析
Analysis of Chemical Compositions of Volatile Oil from Root of Gaultheria yunnanensis (Franch) Rehd
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To determine the chemical constituents of volatile oil from root of Gaultheria yunnanensis (Franch) Rehd, so as to provide evidence for the development of Gaultheria yunnanensis (Franch) Rehd root. [ Method ] By employing GC-MS, the compositions of volatile oil from root of Gaultheria yunnanensis (Franch) Rehd were analyzed. [ Result] Seven compounds were obtained from the volatile oil from Gaultheria yunnanensis (Franch) Rehd root, of which, contents of three ones were relative higher, i.e. methyl salicylate (89.815％),methyl cyclopentene (6. 258％ ) and cyclohexane (2. 693％ ). [ Conclusion ] Volatile oil from root of Gaultheria yunnanensis (Franch) Rehd is rich in methyl salicylate, and this study provides evidence for the development of Gaultheria yunnanensis (Franch) Rehd root.关键词
