奶牛子宫内膜炎病原菌分离鉴定及药敏试验
Isolation,identification and drug sensitivity test of pathogenic bacteria causing cow endometritis
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of the diagnostic criteria of clinical endometritis, 20 cows suffered from endometritis in AKesu were selected and the pathogens were isolated from the uterine secretions. The pathogenic bacteria were identified by the automated microhial identification system ( VITEK32). The results indicated that the species of isolated bacteria were as followings: Staphylococcus cohnii, Escherichia coli,Corynebacterium xerosis , Salmonella arizonae and Acinetobacter lwoffii. The drug susceptibility test results showed that gentamicin and tobramycin had good inhibition against the isolated pathogens and could be used as the ideal drugs for the treatment of cow endometritis.关键词
