石榴种质资源遗传多样性及亲缘关系的ISSR分析
Genetic diversity and genetic relationship of pomegranate (Punica granaturn) germplasm evaluated by ISSR markers

Abstract
ISSR markers was used to analyse the genetic relationship of 47 pomegranate cultivars .6 polymorphic primers were used for PCR, and amplied 120 bands in which 109 bands is polymorphic. The percent of polymorphic is 90.83％. The effective number of alleles (Ne), gene diversity of Nei (H), information index of Shannon (Ⅰ) were 1.294 5±0.309 4,0.189 7±0.161 8,0.309 1±0.219 8 respectively. Range of genetic distance (Dg) is from 0.075 0 to 0.400 0. The results showed higher level of genetic diversity among of pomegranate cultivars .Based on UPGMA, the 47 pomegranate cultivars were divided into 5groups. 15 special bands were detected, which may be used as reference of 11 pomegranate cultivars identity.关键词
