龙须菜多糖复合涂膜保鲜剂对杨梅贮藏品质的影响
Effects of compound coating antistaling agent of Gracilaria lemaneiformis polysaccharide treatment on storage quality of Chinese bayberry

Abstract
The effects of compound coating antistaling agent of polysaccharide treatment on storage quality of Chinese bayberry under 28 to 32 C and 68% to 86% relative humidity conditions were investigated. The antistaling agent was composed of Graeilaria lemaneiformis polysaecharide for the coating matrix, glycerin and CaCl2 as film-forming additives. The results showed that compared with the control group at room temperature, the rotten rate, cracking rate and weightloss rates of the Chinese bayberry preserved by the eompound coating antistaling agent of edible polysaccharide were lowed obviously, inhibited the respiration rate and the content of total Ve and organic acids and other nutrients were maintained. The MDA, anthocyanin content and the increase of relative conductivity effectively reduced so that PPO, POD, PAL enzyme activity were maintained at a relatively low level, and the senescence process is restrained during the storage, the storage period of Chinese bayberry at room temperature and the shelf life was extended.关键词
