某高校流感样病例暴发的流行病学调查及分析

Abstract
Objective To analyse the situation of the school's flu outbreak during the period of influenza A H1N1 outbroke. and find the effective method to do well of the college's prevention work and health protection work. Methods By checking all the files about the fever patients in the school clinic,with a body temperature of 38℃ or above, and mainly the respiratory symptom. Results There were 3 562 flu cases. The rate of the infection was 12.02％(3 562/29 631). The main symptem of the flu could be included by follows: fever, sore throat and cough, snuffle and snive,headache and fatigue. Temperature for most of them were between 38.1 ℃ to 40.0 ℃. Conclusion To prevent the flu from breaking out in the university,in the students the healthy education should be taken care of. At the same time, we should establish emergency response mechanisms of prevention and control of infectious diseases in colleges and universities.关键词
