632例泌尿生殖道支原体培养及药敏分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the local situation about mycoplasma infection as well as drug sensitive in renal and urogen ital disorder. Methods Used the mycoplasma diagnostic kits provided by the Quick Da Biology High Tech(shanghai)Co. LTD to take the mycoplasma culture and identification on 632 patients as well as the drug sensitive test. Results Mycoplasma positive case was 248 and the rate was 39.2％. This included Urea plasma urealyticum(UU)positive case 150 and the rate 23.7％, Mycoplasma hominis(MH)positive case 18 and the rate 2. 8％, UU merger of mycoplasma hominis(UU+ MH)positive case 80 and the rate 12.7％. The infection rate of people from 21 to 40 was apparently higher than that of other ages. The infection rate of UU female patient was 31.4 ％(127/404)and male patient was 10.1％(23/228). The susceptibility rates of the 13 kinds of antibiotics as follows :doxycycline 88.7 ％ ,josamycin 33.1 ％, ofloxacin 21.4 ％, roxithromycin 35.5 ％, sparfloxacin 21.4 ％, ciprofloxacin 3. 6 ％, az ithromycin 29.8％ ,clarithromycin 60.9％ ,minocycline 89. 1％ ,levofloxacin 24. 6％, norfloxacin 8.8％ ,spectinomycin 7.3％ ,linco mycin 2.8 ％. Conclusion Mycoplasma is the main pathogen of fei lin urethritis and it resists to a lot of antibiotics. Therefore myco plasma culture and drug sensitive tests should be set as a routine examination on renal and urogenital disorder.关键词
