摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of preservation conditions of the patients' blood upon the determination parameters of reticulocyte. Methods The blood samples were preserved on different temperature,in different lasting time and different collectors. The reticulocyte count and changes in clustering were determined. Results When the specimens were preserved in 2 - 8℃ ,reticulo cyte count had no significant changes within 72 h,immature reticulocyte fraction(IRF)gradually decreased after 48 h. If the speci mens were preserved in room temperature, reticulocytes count gradually decreased after 48 h, IRF of proliferative anemia samples gradually decreased after 48 h,IRF of leukemia samples gradually decreased after 24 h. No determination difference was observed between the samples stored in two kind of EDTA-K2 anticoagulant blood collector. Conclusion Storage temperature and preset ving time have effect on measuing parameters of reticulocyte count and IRF in patients with hematological disease. Two kinds of blood collector have no significant effect on the parameters.关键词
