摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the lab detection of clinical significance on ANCA in patients with SLE. Methods Indirect immunofluorescence was used to detect ANA,dsDNA,ANCA. Positive rate and immunofluorescence model of serum ANCA of 70 patients with SLE were analyzed retrospectively. Results 19 peripheral-ANCA(pANCA)were positive. dsDNA was positive,complement C3 , C4 decreased, blood sedimentation increased,and kidney damage in ANCA positive group was significantly different compared ANCA negative group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The positive ANCA in patients with SLF is correlated with the development of the disease and kidney damage.关键词
