摘要

Abstract

Through field survey, positioning, observation and laboratory testing in Mizhi county of Yulin city in Shaanxi Province, cracking features and the main reason of the different local varieties of jujube fruits were analyzed. The results were as follows: (1)Under natural conditions, fruit cracking of different species is generally associated with rainfall time and.the maturity of the jujube, but species with a strong anti-cracking (Such as Mizao)are unaffected by the rainfall; (2)Cracking rate of the six tested jujube fruit soaked for 12 hours ranks as Junzao>Zanhuangdazao>Lizao>Mayazao>Guanyangchangzao> Mizao. And the cracking rate of these varieties which were soaked more than 12 hours have increased, with the growing time. but the order of their cracking rate will remain basically unchanged; (3)The fruit cracking rate of jujube fruits was closely related to the 12 hours absorption; (4) No correlation between the quality of jujube and jujube fruit cracking rate; (5)Fertilization will help improve the cracking performance of jujube, and carbamide in particular has a more distinct effect.
