生物表面活性剂产生菌的筛选及特性研究

Abstract
Three bacteria were isolated from the soil contaminated by petroleum hydrocartbon, in which strain 31# was indentified as Pseudomonas, and strain 37# and strain 47# as Bacillus according to physiological and biochemical characteristics. The strains were cultured with paraffin as the sole carbon source, and the biomass, pH and surface tension of culture broth and cell hydrophobicity were determined. After fermentation of strains 31# , 37# and 47# , the surface tension of culture broth could reduce to 49.47, 58.00 and 56.04 mN/m, pH changed between 7.0 and 7.5. The strains displayed second growth and could reach their hydrophobicity maximum 3.09%, 1.49% and 1.66% respectively. The biosurfactant produced by strains 31 # , 37# and 47# was identified as rhamnolipid by thin-layer chromatography.关键词
