Abstract
Response surface analysis was used to optimize the production of alkaline protease by strain I13 of the fermentation conditions with software Minitabl5. Plackett-Burman was adopted to screen out the important factors affecting alkaline protease production, which were inoculum size, yeast extract and temperature. This was utilized to approach the optimal region of the chitosanase production. The optimal composition of the medium was obtained by central composite design and response surface analysis: yeast extract of 10.2 g/L, temperature of 14.68 C, and inoculum size of 5.32%. The yield of alkaline protease production is 321.34 U/mL at the optical condition, more than 151% before optimization.关键词
