Abstract
The effect of the blend ratio of PA6/TLCP on properties of in-siR composite was investigated. The results showed that the tensile strength, the flexural strength, the flexural modulus, water absorption properties and the heat distortion temperature of PA6/TLCP were enhanced with the increasing of TLCP content. The elongation at break and the notched impact strength were maximal when the TLCP content was 4%. The melting viscosity of insitu composites decreased with TLCP adding. The melting temperature (Tm) enhanced with TLCP adding. SEM showed that TLCP micro-fibrils were formed on the profile of extrusion sample.POE-g-MAH as a compatibilizer was added into the composites in order to modify the miscibility between PA6 and TLCP. SEM showed that the impact fracture surface was broken in toughness, TLCP micro-fibrils were better dispersed with POE-g-MAH adding.关键词
