Fuzzy detection of arc welding image based on wavelet-morphology denoising
摘要
Abstract
Image detection was the important step of welding automation. In view of the welding image feature of strong noise and poor stability,a fuzzy detection algorithm of welding image based on wavelet and morphology denoising was presented. An original image was denoised by wavelet operator and morphology operator respectively,and then the two denoised image were merged and fuzzy processed. At last,a morphology detection operator was used to edge extraction.The experimental results showed the approach could acquire the clear and precise welding molten edge from the are welding image. Furthermore the width ,height,area of welding molten could be ascertained.关键词
