PCA-Based Performance Evaluation of Material Flow in Manufacturing Enterprise
摘要
Abstract
There is a large body of research reports on third party logistics and supply chain for inter-enterprises. However, less research attention is paid for material flow in a manufacturing enterprise. The performance evaluation of material flow in an enterprise is addressed in this paper and an evaluation system is developed. It adopts Principal Components Analysis (PCA) to assess the performance. The system is helpful for enterprises to reduce production cost and improve service quality.关键词
