正交试验优化蓝靛果忍冬中总黄酮的提取工艺
Study on Extracting Technology of Total Flavones from Lonicera edulis Turcz.
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To optimize the extraction technology of total fiavones form Lonicera edulis Turcz. [ Methods ] The extraction technology optimized by orthogonal design L9 (34), while total flavones of Lonicera edulis Turcz adopted as indexes. Factors of extraction time, ethanol concentration, ethanol dosage and extraction frequency were evaluated for their effects on extraction process. [ Results ] The best extraction technology was that 12 - fold and 55% ethanol, 1.5 hour of reflux, and 2 times of extraction. [ Conclusion ] This technology is stable, practical and worthy of a trial in pharmaceutical production.关键词
