Abstract
Aim at the new design tulip type welding joint used on bogie frame,ABAQUS FEM software was used to simulate multi-pass welding and TIG remelting process about this type joint, the calculation contains temperature field, residual stress field and deformation, compared the result we found that the new residual stress value of TIG remelting zone is higher than MAG process and the value is positive,also we found that the deformation of TIG remelting mainly affected the thickness direction,the result analyzed the influence of TIG remelting made sense of the structure design.关键词
