Abstract
Objective:The aim of this study is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic fenestration and decompression in the treatment of complicated renal cyst. Methods:The clinical data of 21 cases of complicated renal cyst treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic fenestration from Jan. 2009 to Aug. 2010 were retrospectively analysed. Results:Twenty cases of the complicated renal cyst were treated successfully by retroperitoneal laparoscopic decompression. The operative time was 30min to 120min and the mean time was 50min. The volume of the intraoperative bleeding differed from 10ml to 100ml and the mean volume was 30ml. The hospital stay after the operation varied from 3d to 7d and the mean was 4d. One case was converted to open operation, which was discharged 7d after the operation. The patients were followed up from 1 to 12 months,no symptom relapsed. Conclusions:It is safe and effective to treat complicated renal cyst with retroperitoneal laparoscopic decompression.关键词
