Abstract
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic adrenalectomy and partial adrenalectomy in treatment of primary hyperaldosteronism. Methods:The clinical data of 79 patients with primary hyperaldosteronism were retrospectively analyzed.47 patients were performed laparoscopic adrenalectomy, and 32 patients underwent partial adrenalectomy. The recovery of hypertension and hypopotassemia were analyzed. Results:Seventy-nine retroperitoneal operations were successful. The operative time was 22-115rmin,the mean was (43 ± 5 )min ,the intraoperative blood loss was 15-80ml, with the average of 35ml. 10 cases were adrenal multiple adenoma which were proved by pathological examination. The time for symptom recovery was longer after partial adrenalectomy. Conclusions:Laparoscopic adrenalectomy should be the first choice for the treatment of primary hyperaldosteronism.关键词
