摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of the trans-scrotum and transumbilical laparoscopic scarless orchidopexy for cryptorchidism. Methods: A total of 38 patients underwent 45 trans-scrotum and transumbilical laparoscopic scarless orchidopexy through the modified Hesselbach triangle approach. Results:All patients received one-stage operation without additional incisions. Patients were discharged after 3 days. No testicular retraction, atrophy, necrosis or canceration was found during the follow-up, and cremasteric reflex existed. Conclusions:The trans-scrotum and transumbilical laparoscopic scarless orchidopexy for cryptorchidism is a one-stage orchidopexy without visible scar on the abdominal wall,with mild postoperative pain and fast recovery.关键词
