Effect of Transpiration Rate and Leaf Water Potential Based on the Composite Formulations of Super Absorbent Polymer and Exogenous Substance

摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the capacity of retaining water and fertilizer in poor site,taking Juglans regia,Prunus sibirica and Amorpha fruticosa as materials, pot experiment was carried out with the composite formulations of super absorbent polymer(SAP) and exogenous substance. Data was analyzed through range analysis and correlation analysis to determine the optimal proportion of SAP and exogenous substance applying orthogonal text to composite formulations. Daily changes of transpiration rates showed a bimodal change while the different concentrations of SAP and exogenous substance were applied on Juglans regia, Prunus sibirica and Amorpha fruticosa. The most prominent combination in enhancing transpiration rate was treatments:Prunus sibirica + SAP 10 g + IAA 0.250 0% + NAA0. 500 0% + polyaspartic acid(PASP) 10 g. As the application of SAP and exogenous substance ,the water supply of soil was changed ,and the change ability of the curve of leaf water potential were decreasedrelatively. The most influential formulation of leaf water potential was treatment⑨:Amorpha fruticosa + SAP 15 g + IAA 0.250 0% + NAA 0.500 0%+PASP 5 g. Finally,in the view of drought resistance,the correlation between transpiration rate and leaf water potential of treatment ⑤ and ⑨showed the best formulation was treatment ⑨. Applying the technology of the SAP compound and exogenous substance in the forest cultivation is of great significance to afforestation in arid areas.
