Abstract
With the increasing transportation efficiency of high pressure long-distance pipeline, high grade pipeline steel with high strength and excellent low temperature toughness is more and more favored. Benxi Iron & Steel (Group) Co. ,Ltd ( abbreviated as Benxi Steel) had produced X100 hot rolled coil for SAWH pipe with 15.3 mm wall thickness on its 2300 unit production line,the impact energy reached over 300 J under -20 ℃. The pipe manufacturing result showed that X100 hot rolled coil for 1 219 mm × 15.3 mm SAWH pipe not only possess excellent anti-fatigue toughness,but also with good weldability,which can meet X100 steel requirements of CNPC's standard.关键词
