2种叶型元胡叶片的显微特征及主成分分析
Leaf Microstructure of Two Leaf Types Corydalis yanhusuo and Principal Component Analysis of Microscopic Parameters

Abstract
[ objective ] To compare leaf microstructure differences of the two leaf types Corydalis yanhusuo ( big leaf type and small leaf type ), so as to provide basis for the classification of Corydalis yanhusuo. [ Method] The leaf transverse anatomic and epidermal characters were observed with the light microscope under the condition of paraffin section and temporary mount, and the microscopic parameters were analyzed with principal component analysis. [ Result]The leaf thickness and mesophyll thickness of big leaf type were significant thicker than that of small leaf type; the quantity and size of vascular bundles of big leaf type ones were more than that of small leaf type; the anticlinal wall of leaf lower surface was sinulate in big leaf type, but it was straight in small leaf type; the stomatal apparatuses of big leaf type were oval, while rounded in small leaf type; the principal component values of big leaf type were higher than that of small leaf type. [ Conclusion]There were significant differences between big leaf type and small leaf type Corydalis yanhusuo in leaf microstructure.关键词
