摘要
Abstract
[ Objetive ] The aim was to study a new and effective method for the preservation of Photosynthetic Bacteria. [ Method]With AIK (SO4)2 · 12H2O as coagulant, trehalose as protective agent and ceramic powder as fixative, the Photosynthetic Bacteria G3 were immobilized at room temperature,4 ℃ and -20 ℃ respectively. After 30 days,the effective number of live bacteria was determined and the growth conditions of Photosynthetic Bacteria were observed. [ Result ]The results showed that the growth and activity of immobilized Photosynthetic Bacteria were exuberant. [ Conclusion ] The immobilized method provided a new and effective method for the preservation of Photosynthetic Bacteria.关键词
