竹炭制备高比表面积活性炭及其电容性质研究
Studies on Preparation of High Specific Surface Area Activated Carbon by Using Bamboo Charcoal and Its Capacitor Property

Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the preparation of high specific surface area activated carbon by using bamboo charcoal and its capacitor property. [ Method] Bamboo charcoal produced by the residues of processing bamboo were introduced as raw materials,and activated carbon used in electric double-layer capacitor (EDLC) was prepared by taking potassium hydroxide as an activator. Furthermore ,effects of liquidsolid ratio,activation temperature,activation time and heating rate on the adsorption properties of products were studied by orthogonal design.[ Result] Optimal parameters of the activation process were obtained as follows:the ratio of alkali to bamboo-charcoal was 4∶1 ;the activation temperature was 770 ℃ ;the activation time was 60 min;the heating rate was 10 ℃/min;the specific surface area was up to 2 379 m2/g;but the biggest mass specific capacitance was not obtained. When the specific surface area was up to 2 121 m2/g,the biggest mass specific capacitance (323F/g) was obtained,while its bulk specific capacitance was small. [ Conclusion]The research provides basis for preparing electrode materials with high specific capacitance and practical application value.关键词
