粤北山区棘胸蛙蝌蚪胚后发育及饲养技术研究
Study on Feed Technology and Postembryonic Development of Paa spinosa Tadpole in North Guangdong

Abstract
[ Objective] The aim was to study the feed technology of tadpole and postembryonic development of Paa spinosa tadpole. [ Method] Through simulating the ecological environment to feed Paa spinosa tadpole in Tianjinshan tree farm of North Guangdong, then, observing the development condition and comparing with tadpole in the natural environment. [ Result] It took about 31 -32 days for tadpole to develop from incubation to postembryonic develcpment and 60 -61 days to complete the postembryonic development. It included 12 - 17 days to complete 26 -30 stages, 24 -26 days to complete 31 -37 stages, 9 - 13 days to complete 38 -41 stages, 11 - 12 days to complete 42 -46 stages. From incubation to froglet, it needed 91 -92 days. There was no significant deference in body size between the captive and natural tadpoles in the same stage by independent sample T test. [ Conclusion ] Using simulation of ecological environment, the results indicated that the growth of captive tadpole was normal and the living conditions were good.关键词
