农村土地流转制度对农民权益的保护研究述评
Review of the Protection of Farmers' Rights and Interests by Rural Land Transaction System
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes the research of foreign scholars about protection rights of the rural poor and women by land transaction system and domestic sholars' research of protection farmers' rights by contracted land transaction system, residential land transaction system,the township ( town ) village collective construction land circulation system and the system of land acquisition and other related rights protection of farmers. Through comparative analysis, the article finally gives a brief review about the study above-attention from the research perspective and research methods.关键词
