薏米的成分分析
Component Analysis of Coix Seed
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To analyze the compositions of coix seed, so as to provide reference for the development of coix seed. [ Method ] The contents of each component were determined with conventional methods. [ Result] The contents of water, ash, fat, fiber and protein in coix seed were determined to be 10.73％, 1.64％, 5.56％, 0.44％ and 14.26％ respectively, and the content of zinc, ferrum, calcium, magnesium and copper were 43.24,212.90,749.00, 1 193.60 abd 11.70 μg,/g respectively. [ Conclusion] Coix seed is rich in abundant nutrient,and this study will provide theoretical evidence for the further development of coix seed.关键词
