薏米的成分分析
Component Analysis of Coix Seed
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To analyze the compositions of coix seed, so as to provide reference for the development of coix seed. [ Method ] The contents of each component were determined with conventional methods. [ Result] The contents of water, ash, fat, fiber and protein in coix seed were determined to be 10.73%, 1.64%, 5.56%, 0.44% and 14.26% respectively, and the content of zinc, ferrum, calcium, magnesium and copper were 43.24,212.90,749.00, 1 193.60 abd 11.70 μg,/g respectively. [ Conclusion] Coix seed is rich in abundant nutrient,and this study will provide theoretical evidence for the further development of coix seed.关键词
