江苏建设用地供给与需求趋势分析
Analysis of Construction Land Supply and Demand Trend in Jiangsu Province
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of construction land supply and demand, the trend of construction land supply and demand in Jiangsu Province was analyzed from the angle of resource-environment protection and socio-economic development. According to the research of resource-environment protection pressure, quantity and quality of arable land as well as reserved resources status, we found that the construction supply ability was insufficient increasingly. In addition, according to the analysis of economic development, change trends of industrialization, urbanization and population increment, we draw the conclusion that the construction land demand was blooming. At last, someadvices on the alleviation of the contradiction of construction land supply-demand were put forward based on the judgment of construction land supply and demand.关键词
