摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the style and character of welding spatter and their influence on the usability quality of the electrode for the stainless steel electrode with basic slag were analyzed.The forming mechanism of the spatter and the influencing factors were discussed. And the countermeasures controlling the welding spatter of the stainless steel electrode were put forward. The results show that there are mainly two types of the spatter in the stainless steel electrode of basic slag system. Due to the emergence of the spatter, the arc becomes instable,the temperature of the electrode coat be elevated easily and the coat is easy to crack.The shaping of the weld becomes difficult in the all-position welding and even influences the performance of the weld.The coarse droplet short-circuit transfer shape controlled by the coat component is the necessary condition of generating spatter,the rapid grow of the droplet is boosted due to no sleeve ,and the incidence of the welding spatter is increased further because the droplet is excluded and the droplet transfer is impeded by the arc force. While the spatter controlling principle and the forming condition of the "Arc—Bridge coexisting"transfer are put forward ,the constraint relation among the slag detachability, the crack resistance of the coat and the welding spatter must be taken into account.关键词
