Research on the Contribution of World Bank Loan to Small-scale Beef Cattle Development Project on Beef Cattle Industry in Hebei Province
摘要
Abstract
Combining with the performance evaluation work of small-scale development project loaned from Ministry of Finance, International Department of World Bank, and based on the perspective of smile curve for the industry, this paper analyzed the contribution of World Bank loans to small-scale development project on the beef cattle industry in Hebei Province from three aspects, namely, research & development organization building, production capacity and market -building. Those provided a reference for China's agriculture in taking advantages of the foreign capital project to promote industrial development.关键词
