微粉微晶玻璃的致密烧结与析晶
Studying about Densification by Sintered and Crystallization of Tiny Powder Glass-Ceramics

Abstract
Glass ceramics have been made from tiny glass powders of R2O-CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2. Temperature-time schedule for sinter and crystallization was studyed. Influence of heating-up rate and particle size on the crystallization and microstructure of glass were investigated. Methods of increasing degree of densification and crystallization volume, and ways of improving microstructure of glass-ceramics were discussed. The results showed that during the process of making tiny glass powder into pyroxene glass-ceramics, huge surface area of powder brought about crystallization easily, which shorted the shorten crystallization time, and improved the microstructures of the glass-ceramics.关键词
