夹层玻璃PVB胶片抗剪性能试验研究
Experimental Study on Shearing Proterties of PVR Films for laminated Glass
摘要
Abstract
The flexural capacity of the laminated glass is close related to the PVB film.The shearing strength of PVB films with different thickness used in different temperatures was investigated by shearing test.The results indicate that the shear stress-strain curve is different for PVB films with different thickness.The bigger of thickness, the smaller of shearing modulus is.And temperature plays a very important role in the shear stress-strain relation.The shearing modulus will decrease quickly with the increase of temperature.Furthermore, the relationship between shear stress and strain is put forward on the basement of these tests and the shearing modulus of PVB is 1.1 MPa and 0.45 MPa under normal temperature and high temperature, respectively.The tests and results in the paper will provide a good reference for establishment model of laminated glass.关键词
