菟丝子中总黄酮提取工艺研究
Study on extraction process of total flavonoids in dodder
摘要
Abstract
The extraction process was studied by orthogonal experiment with the content of total flavonoids.The optimum extraction condition of total flavonoids from dodder was to extract it with 95％ ethanol about 8 times to the dodder for two times and lhour per time.The optimized extraction process was simple, stable and feasible.关键词
